Pump 'N' Run: A Pump 'N' Run is a fun event that combines weight lifting and running. Participants will bench press a percentage of their body weight and earn a 15 second reduction of their 5K run time for each repetition they complete. Prizes are awarded to the winners of each division: Male 18-35, Male 36+, Female 18-35, Female 36+.

Healthy Kids Day: Join the Mahaska County YMCA on Healthy Kids Day, an annual event which focuses on health and wellness for children and families. With door prizes, activities, and booths from local community vendors, this event is more than fun, it's a hit! The culmination of Healthy Kids Day is a one-mile fun run for all members of the community. Healthy Kids Day is traditionally held in April.
