AWAY Policy

AWAY (Always Welcome at A YMCA!) is one of the many benefits of membership in this international non-profit organization! All YMCA’s are operated independently and AWAY policies vary greatly from Y to Y. The AWAY benefit is intended for visitors traveling to or through Oskaloosa. It is not intended to give local community members dual membership between our Y and other Iowa Ys. The Mahaska County Y offers one (1) AWAY pass, for up to seven days, per year. Exceptions in unique circumstances may be requested and must be approved by the Executive Director.
