The Mahaska County YMCA is pleased to be able to offer you the option of on-line registration.  As a member you will be able to register for programs, renew your membership and give donations.

If you are not a current member of the Mahaska County YMCA, that's ok! You can register as a Non-Member online. Proceed to the secure site below, and you can register for a Non-Member Status membership.

(for Non-YMCA Members)

Participation in the Mahaska County YMCA programs requires a full privilege YMCA membership. Financial aid may be available.

To register as a Non-Member, click on the links below. You MUST register as a Non-Member PRIOR to registering online.

Note: When you get started, the parent or guardian needs to be the primary member on the membership. There will be a chance to add your child's name later for the specific programs you are registering for.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR Mahaska County YMCA PROGRAMS

Before you begin, there are a few things you will need to know in order to create your user name and password for online registration:

Your email address - which will be your user ID

To create a password for the first time, you will need to have:
Member Last Name
Member Birthdate

Member Zip Code

Since this information must match the information you have provided to us, you may want to check with the YMCA to make sure the information is correct. If your up-to-date information does not match what is currently on file, you will need to visit us to update to your records, as changes in personal records must be verified.

Frequently Asked Questions about Online Registration with the Mahaska County YMCA

1.       I have found the program that I want to register for online, but when I try to create my user name and password,
I keep getting an error message.

The information you are required to supply for online registration is your email address and password or your Last Name, birth date, and zip code. These must match what we currently have in your membership. If your information has changed, you will need to contact the YMCA to update your information before you will be able to use online registration. If you are not a member of the YMCA, contact us on you how you can become a member!

2.       I can log into online registration, but when my family member names appear on the screen, the person I want to
register does not appear.

For anyone to register for a program through online registration, they must be a member of the YMCA. That includes any of your family members. If the person you wish to register is not present on your membership account, they will not be present on your family member listing during online registration. Please contact the YMCA to update your information, then you will be able to register this person through online registration.

3.       I cannot locate the program I want to register for.
Not all programs are currently available for online registration. All programs have specific registrations dates and will only be available online during these times.  If you cannot find the program you are looking for, it may not be available for registration yet, or the deadline for registration may have already passed. Please contact the YMCA if you wish to register in person.

4.       I was in the process of purchasing my classes through online registration and I lost my internet connection, the page timed out or my receipt never appeared. Did I get charged? Am I on the roster?
When errors like this occur, predicting exactly what happened is difficult. Contact the YMCA, and they can access your account and let you know if you are registered for the program

5.       If I have made all the efforts I know, but I am still having trouble with online registration, who do I contact?

Be sure to include a very detailed account of what was happening to you during your experience along with a daytime phone number or email address that he can contact you, and let you know what happened!

General Questions

1.       How do I know for sure that I am on the roster for a class?
Your receipt, which you should print out each time you register and pay for a class online, is your guarantee. Bring it with you to your first class.

2.       I have decided not to attend a class that I registered for and paid online, how do I cancel?
To have your registration cancelled you must contact the YMCA.

3.       I am unhappy with an experience I have had with a program that I registered for online. Who do I contact?
If you are unhappy with your online registration experience itself, please contact the Membership Director at your local YMCA.
