Come make a splash in this four week program that helps swimmers develop and maintain their muscular endurance, while focusing on improved skills and swim times.

Aikido is a self-defense against kicks, grabs, punches, and weapons. This art emphasizes balance, grace, and harmony. Aikido is different from most martial arts in that it uses the energy of the attacker to defend one's self from harm. All ability levels and members of the community are welcome. Come make a splash in this four week program that helps swimmers develop and maintain their muscular endurance, while focusing on improved skills and swim times.

Can you go the Distance is a self motivational contest that incorporates fitness classes or any other cardio activity. Those that sign up for the program may earn stars for attending 2 fitness classes or running or biking 5 miles. These stars are placed on a chart outside the weight room at the YMCA. There are no costs for this program participants only need to sign up at the front dest of the YMCA.

Gymnastics Winter Term (4:00 PM)
Session Dates
- Fall Term 12 weeks— August 29 – November 18
- Winter Term 12 weeks— November 28 – February 24 (No class 12/26–12/30)

End of Term Exhibition
We will have a performance exhibition at the end of each term for our gymnasts to show off their skills and progress to family and friends. Participation is optional and there will be no extra cost to families. All exhibitions will be held in the gymnastics facility. Free will donations will be accepted at the door. Exact times TBA.
