Class Descriptions:
20 Minute Abs - Combine your ab workout and target your lower body for this 20-minute heart pumping class. Instructor: Mary Riley Ab Lab - Tighten your abs and increase your core strength in this 30-minute class. Exercises will focus strictly on abdominals, oblique, and lower back areas. Instructor: Matt C. ![]()
* Body Assault - this class offers a full body workout using various techniques including plyo-metrics, kickboxing and boxing moves, and strength training with body weight and free weights. Instructors: Blake Wilson, Derek Melville, and Matt Croonquist alternate teaching Total Body Toning - Full body, 45 minute weight circuit in the Group Fitness Room. You'll target all areas of the body for those who can handle it!. Instructor: Mary Riley
*Group Cycling - Cardio class on stationary bikes. Join us for 45 minutes of intense calorie burn. Instructors: Chelsey Debruin & Derek Melville
Silver Sneakers - This 45-minute class focuses on maintaining flexibility and muscular strength for seniors. Instructor: Derek Melville
Step & Toning - This 30-minute class offers a variety of workouts focusing on being active and toning up by using steps within the routine. Instructor: Becky Newman
Water Aerobics - This class offers a great aerobic workout while taking the strain of joints in the water. AM instructor: Cindy Shoup; Afternoon Instructor: Derek Melville |
