My name is Luke House. I have recently joined the YMCA as a personal trainer.
I have earned my certificate of training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine but I am continuing my pursuit of health and wellness at William Penn University as I study Exercise Science.
Power lifting gave me the initial push into fitness. Since then I have developed a joy of training clients on many different levels while helping them on their personal fitness journey.

Greetings! My name is Levi Tarbell. Fitness has been a passion of mine since I first discovered weight lifting in High School. I first began training individuals and teams while in college at William Penn University. As an assistant coach for the Women’s Basketball team I helped design their pre and post season strength and conditioning program. My passion comes from the moment in training when a client no longer needs my assistance and has gained an understanding of how to manage their personal fitness goals. Everyone is on a fitness journey and I would be more than happy to join you and help you on your way.
