Which Mahaska YMCA fitness program are you going to choose? Will it be in the water or out? Do you need a beginner fitness class or something more intense? The Y does its best to make sure there’s a class size to fit all.

    LEVEL: BASIC

    • Increase range of motion for daily activities
    • Seated exercise and standing support
    • Low-impact training suitable for all levels

    • Varying speeds and positions to work muscles
